Overall, Juan Pablo’s own family made him seem like a bit of a Kuzco, mixed with Ratigan, mixed with a little bit of Jack-Jack Parr. This round, Juan Pablo’s mom said he just stays at home and watches TV all weekend, and that she’s “pretty sure” he’s ready to be married. Why can’t they kiss like in Disney movies: one, sustained touch of animated mouths before the camera fades to black? Kissing, kissing, kissing, too much kissing. Maybe Naveen–err–Juan needs a bit of a spell cast upon him to teach some lessons. Turns out, he’s a bit of a Prince Naveen pre-frog fiasco. The best part of the evening was Juan Pablo’s mom keeping it pretty real about her son’s manners, or lack thereof. There was kind of a Hallie/Meredith vibe from The Parent Trap that had us shaking our heads. The first date of the evening was with Claire, and though she came across really sweet and earnest, she didn’t exactly have greatest chemistry with little Camilla, Juan Pablo’s adorable daughter.
Juan Pablo, unlike Princess Jasmine, is very much a prize to be won, and the suitors have been falling all over one another until now, the final episode.
#RTL BACHELOR FINALE 2014 FULL#
Ten weeks ago, all these folks showed up in full “Love Is an Open Door” mode, looking for love. We’re going to provide a recap, but put it into terms that our dear Oh My Disney readers will appreciate–Disney terms. Last night, America was glued to their TVs to watch the final leg of Juan Pablo’s journey. That’s the theme of one of our favorite Monday night pastimes, The Bachelor.
